7 If RPM is t oo hi gh on in the bo tto m, midran ge, or top , ad d gram wei ght to the first , second , an d thi rd threa de d holes respectivel y. If RPM is too low, remove wei ght. In ATV ap pl ications, we find tha t it is impo rtan t to have enough gram wei ght in the first ho le to mak e sure you ha ve enough be lt pi nch in low speed /hi gh loa d situa tion s. 8 KIT PART NUMBER 932007 (RZR 570) ONLY:If using the red gram fast en er , you can use (1) gram washers with one (1) gram washer for a total of grams pe r ho le. Do not ins tal l more tha n on e or it will rub against the ALL OTHER KITS:Do not ins tal l more tha n on e (1) thi ck an d on e (1) thi n washer on the gram or gram fas ten er s. If using the red gram fast en er , you can use up to two (2) gram washers with one (1) gram washer for a total of 7 grams pe r ho le.

9 The red 3. 5 gram fastener MUST be inst al led with washers - DO NOT install the red gram fastener with no washers. WARNINGS:Use only the fast en ers sup pl ied with the Rooster Shi ft Wei ghts. Mak e sure all fas ten ers are seated an d torque d to 20 25 inch po un ds. Alway s ap pl y thread locker whe n inst al ling or r ei nstalling fas ten ers. Veri fy with a gram scale that al l Shift wei ghts ha ve t he same amou nt of w eight ad de d. Once Shift wei ghts are installed in the drive clutch, veri fy that wei ghts cl ea r the spide r rol ler po cket by rolling the wei ght through the rol ler whi le mov ing the movable sheave with the spring remov ed.
