1 ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 2420 SUMMER CAMP : TR-05 THE CRADLE OF CIVILISATIONS Date : 29th July 8th August 2018 Hosting Club : Besiktas ROTARY Club Participants : 5 boys and 5 girls, non-smoking, one from each country Age : 16 - 21 Camp Location : Istanbul Language : English Programme : Various programs in Istanbul to introduce this Queen of the Cities as it was once called in the Middle Ages. There will be excursions to nearby places as well as swimming, sightseeing, visiting historical places and museums. Clothing : Comfortable clothing suitable for warm weather. Arrival/Departure : Participants will be met at Istanbul Atat rk INTERNATIONAL Airport on Sunday, July 29th (daytime) and the departures will be on Wednesday August 9th from Istanbul Atat rk INTERNATIONAL Airport.

2 Official Papers : Tourist visa to Turkey (where necessary) Cost : Participation fee : 200 (can be paid upon arrival in Turkey) Return ticket to/from Istanbul plus additional pocket money Insurance : Participants should be insured against illness, accident and third party liability.
