9 Every morning, I have an online Teams meeting with my line manager and the rest of my team to catch up on any important information we should be aware of and hear about what s on everyone s agenda for the day. MIDDAY On the days when we have a site visit, we usually have a half an hour pre meet to discuss the agenda and enable everyone to arrive at the site together. We then usually have a walk over the land to check everything is set for the possession. The possession usually takes place in the following couple of weeks. Once we have walked the land and taken pictures for the records, we then meet with agents to discuss the next Site visits can take anything from an hour to the full day, but once we have returned from the site, I make sure that I write up the meeting notes and upload photographs to the relevant places.

It s difficult to generalise my working days because they vary so much. One day you could be doing a dilapidations inspection of an industrial unit and the next a building survey on a stately home the variety is the biggest attraction for me!
