1 Rugby DTC Summer Agility Schedule of Championship and Premier Agility Show (held under Kennel Club Rules and Regulations H & H(1). and licensed by the Kennel Club Limited). Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, Derbyshire, DE12 8LN. on 14th and 15th July 2018. Each day the show opens 07:30, judges briefing 08:15, judging commences 08:30. Camping (limited by numbers) available from 1pm on Friday 13th July until Sunday evening. Entries close: June 4th 2018 (Postmark). Grade changes up to 19th June 2018 will apply and must be notified by 30th June 2018.

3 All camping units must be clear of the ground by Sunday evening. There is no rush to book camping. All camping requests up to the 1st May 2018 will be considered equally and priority will be given to judges, ring managers and those with a specific commitment to help at the show. Help at the show All offers of help to run the show and the rings are much appreciated as we couldn't run it without you. If you are willing to help (anything from an hour of pole picking to scriming) then please do indicate that on your entry or contact the show secretary directly.

4 Volunteer as a Ring Manager or Scrime for the show and receive one free camping pitch for the weekend. 5 You are however expected to help on each day you are entered. Please indicate on your entry (either on-line or paper) that you are a club member for the Membership Secretary to verify. Membership renewals and enquiries to Julie please: 02477 675 201 or Supervision of Children Children Children under the age of 11 are the responsibility of and must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian including when competing. Height Limit for Dogs Large Dogs For dogs measuring over 430mm (1ft 5ins) at the withers.

6 Medium Dogs For dogs measuring over 350mm (1ft ) and measuring 430mm (1ft 5ins) or under at the withers. Small dogs For dogs measuring 350mm (1ft ) or under at the withers. Dogs competing in Small or Medium height categories must be measured for competition. Competitors must ensure that their dog is measured prior to their first competition and that the dog's Agility Record Book has been signed and dated by the measuring officials. Large dogs entered for competition will not require an official Kennel Club measurement.

7 Once a dog has competed in any Class in the Large Height category at a Kennel Club Licensed event it may not change to a different height. A dog's signed Agility Record Book Record book must be available for inspection by the Show Management and/or the Judge on the date of any competition entered by the owner/handler. 8 Entries are limited to 3 classes plus YKC per dog. Where a competitor enters additional classes they will be removed from the highest class number. The Championship Heats and Final are considered one class. There will be no changes of Grade on the day of the show unless evidence of prior notification is produced. Classes 1, 6, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23 and 24 are Special Classes. See sponsored class rules for specific awards otherwise rosettes to 10% of entry in each class.
