If necessary, you must alsohold a certificate of competency in operating the plant on and off moving rail vehiclesYou must not get off a moving rail vehicle. This does notapply to vehicles designed for continuous slow-speedmovement such as the high-output ballast must not get on a moving rail vehicle unless it isabsolutely necessary.
