There are many different types of safety equipment required and this equipment will appear in many different areas of the vehicles. During a pull, safety is always in the front of every-one's mind. The end of track must be kept open all times. The EGPC as well as every one of its member organizations will refuse to operate any pull at which safety hazard is posed to any other person. Safety is every-body's responsibility!The promoter, pullers, spectators and EGPC officials must work together to ensure the safety of all persons involved. Warranty disclaimerThe rules in this book are intended as guidelines for the motor sport Garden pulling and the rules relating to the safety of the equipment are the responsibility of each driver who participates Garden pulling under these expressed or implied warranty of safety is intended nor may be inferred from the publication of these rules nor the compliance therewith.

4 Nothing herein should be construed as a guarantee against injury or death to participants, bystanders or spectators.
