2 THE CONTROL OF seed MOVING IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE OECD 2021 This document updates the OECD seed Schemes . It replaces the 2020 edition of the OECD seed Schemes RULES and REGULATIONS (January 2020) and incorporates the amendments agreed by the 2020 Annual Meeting. The 2021 edition reflects the following amendments to the RULES : Technical amendments: Addition of text on serial numbers to Common Appendix 3 on Specifications for the OECD Label or Marking of seed Containers Addition of text on serial numbers to the Vegetable seed Scheme, Appendix 4 on Specifications for the OECD Label or Marking of seed Containers Addition of text on serial numbers to Common Appendix 7 Minimum Requirements to authorize the production of Mixtures of Certified Herbage seed Moving in International Trade On 23 December 2020 the Committee for Agriculture approved the technical amendments to the OECD seed Schemes by the written procedure [TAD/CA(2020)6].
