ELIMINATING SHORT-TERM EDUCATION LOAN 1 PROGRAMS; JOB TRAINING FEDERAL PELL 2 GRANTS; TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS. 3(a) ELIMINATINGSHORT-TERMEDUCATIONLOAN 4 PROGRAMS. Section 481(b) of the Higher Education Act 5of 1965 (20 1088(b)) is amended by adding at the 6end the following: 7 (5) The Secretary shall eliminate the short- 8term education loan program, as authorized under 9paragraph (2), on the date that is 120 days after 10the date the Secretary establishes the application for 11 Job Training Federal Pell Grants under section 12401(k).. 13(b) TECHNICALCORRECTIONS.
