For breathing difficulties, oxygen may be necessary. Get medical attention immediately. Skin contact Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Immediately flush skin with plenty of water. Get medical attention immediately. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Contact with skin may leave a brown stain of insoluble manganese dioxide. This can be easily removed by washing with a mixture of equal volume of household vinegar and 3% hydrogen peroxide, followed by washing with soap and water.
