7 Ann (026) From the Pastor s THIS WEEK AT ST. ANN'S WELCOME! Rogelio Raga, a student at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, will speak after Communion at our Masses this weekend to promote the 2018 Seminary Collection. COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING SERVICE For more than 60 years our community has celebrated an annual Phoenixville Community Thanksgiving Eve Service. This year s inter-religious celebration will take place this Wednesday November 21 at 7:30 PM in St.

8 John s Lutheran Church (355 St Johns Cir, Phoenixville) and the reflection will be delivered by the Rev. Mark Young, pastor of the First United Methodist Church . THANKSGIVING DAY - We invite our members and guests to give thanks on Thanksgiving Day by participating in our 9:00 AM Mass this Thursday in St. Ann Chapel. We ll be collecting non-perishable food items for PACS and the collection that day will be given to St. Mary s Franciscan Shelter. Please place your food donations on the front porch of 602 (the building next to Chapel).

9 We will also be collecting food items for PACS over next weekend so that our members who cannot make Mass on Thanksgiving Day may still participate in this annual event. THANKSGIVING DINNER - Our parish will provide dinner on Thanksgiving Day in St. Ann Church Hall for anyone and everyone, but especially for folks who are alone or away from loved ones. Doors will open at 5:00 PM; dinner at 6:00 PM. Please RSVP 610-933-3732 by November 20. FASHION / FAITH STATEMENT We invite you to make a fashion / faith statement by wearing something white to Mass next weekend as we celebrate the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe, which will be the 34th and final Sunday of the Year of Grace 2018. Today Catholics around the world celebrate the World Day of the Poor with its 2018 theme: This poor man cried and the Lord heard him (Psalm 34:7).
