3 Annual lot rent is due on the first day of ownership, and each year thereafter. There are many different floor plans, most of them featuring a front living room, center kitchen and bath , and a rear bedroom large enough for a full size queen bed. The patio side of a park model is always on the left side when facing the home. Most of the newer units feature a factory installed option called a high patio side . This option will provide 2' extra headroom if the owner plans to attach an awning or a Room Addition or Arizona Room with normal headroom of about 8'. Check with the City's Planning and Development Department on the requirements for a construction permit.
