1 Sample KRA s - Legal Division Area of Work Performance Plan Legal Matters To pursue all Legal matters of the society in any court of Law, Legal opinion on any matter, Legal vetting of contracts and other documents etc. All disciplinary matters Compliance of all statutory laws including compliance of Labour Law Compliance under RTI Act. Legal Documents vetting /drafting of Legal documents within specified time after review of Legal consultant. Identification of Legal issues and providing applicable case laws within stipulated period required for vetting /drafting of Legal documents Legal Opinion/Advice Rendered within specified time with consultation of Sr. Lawyers, Advocates. Identification of various applicable laws inclusive of case laws within specified time for rendering Legal opinion vetting of Documents Timely and accurate drafting/ vetting of petitions/ applications/ replies/ returns/ written statements/ claim statements/ rejoinders/ affidavits etc.

2 Which are time bound as per directions of the Courts\Tribunals after review of Legal consultant. Appearing before the judicial Authorities Extending adequate assistance to Management for resolving disputes Pursuing of arbitration cases within the present financial year Preparation of Database Preparation/up dation of database regarding court cases/ Legal matters as per schedule. Monitoring and follow up of Important Court Cases at Units and providing necessary assistance and guidance within given time frame
