Appropriate family memberswillbe notified of alleged instances of appropriate or required by law, theOrganizationwill report any incidents of potential sexualabuse to the appropriate report the alleged sexual abuse incident to their Insurance and Follow Up ProceduresTheOrganizationtakesall allegations of sexual abuse seriously and will promptly and thoroughlyinvestigateeach and every an outside third party to conduct aninvestigation.

8 If theOrganizationhas a trainedinternal investigationteam in place, the team maybeused toinvestigate the incident . TheOrganizationwill cooperate fully with any investigationconducted by law enforcement or other regulatory agencies. It is theOrganization s objective toconduct a fair andimpartial investigation. TheOrganizationhas the specific option of placing theaccused on leave of absence, or on reassignment to a non-child contact area, while the investigation makereasonable effortsto keep the matters involved inlitigation confidential,while still allowing for a prompt and thorough StatementTheOrganizationprohibits retaliationof any kindagainst any employee, volunteer, board member orOrganizationmember who reports a good faith complaint of sexual abuse or who participates in anyrelated investigation.
