2 Prescription and illegal medicines and controlled substances; and contact lenses; (x) New, used or pre-owned designer or famous name brand luxury goods, products or accessories (for example, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, Michael Kors, Christian Dior, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin, Birkin, Givenchy, Pucci, Celine, Marc Jacobs, Hermes, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana and MAC) including, without limitations, handbags, backpacks, purses, wallets, luggage, belts, jewelry, perfume, cosmetics, makeup, scarves, sunglasses, gloves, and shoes (collectively, Designer Goods ); (xi) Any counterfeit item, replica of a trademarked item, or any item infringing on any trademarked item, including, without limitation, counterfeit or copies of CD s, DVD s, audio or video cassettes, clothing or any other goods or merchandise (collectively, Counterfeit Goods ); (xii) firearms of any kind (whether real or replica), components for firearms, ammunition and explosives; and (xiii) pre-recorded audio cassettes, video cassettes, DVD s or CD s are prohibited unless Seller has proof of purchase from authorized dealers of such items.

3 Kitchen knives, pocket knives, swords, bayonets, hunting knives, axes, hatchets, and scissors must be displayed under glass in a case. The Swap meet management reserves the right, at any time, to prohibit certain additional items from being sold, swapped, exchanged, or distributed and to confiscate from any Seller or photograph any Designer Goods or Counterfeit Goods displayed or offered for sale. 3. All identifiable merchandise displayed, sold or exchanged on these premises is subject to listing or referral to Local, County, State and Federal law enforcement agencies ( Law Enforcement ). Management reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the sale of merchandise as directed by Law Enforcement. Sale of Designer Goods or Counterfeit Goods is prohibited and may result in suspension of selling privileges at the premises and confiscation of the prohibited goods and merchandise. Upon First Violation: a written warning will be issued to the Seller.

4 Upon Second Violation: Seller s privileges to sell at the Site will be suspended for 30 days and no refunds for pre-paid fees or amounts will be given. Upon a Final Violation: Permanent suspension of Seller s privileges to sell at the Site and no refunds for pre-paid fees or amounts will be given. 4. Each selling area is not to exceed the assigned designated selling space. Sellers are not permitted to sell, distribute or exchange items outside the selling area. All displays are to be set up so as not to constitute a hazard or nuisance to the public. Each seller agrees to keep his/her own space clean and shall be responsible to any damage to swap meet property. No one is to leave any discarded merchandise, boxes or cartons on swap meet grounds. 5. No auctioneering is permitted. Distributing petitions may be conducted only on numbered swap meet spaces for which a license has been purchased at the regular space fee.

5 The use of public address ( ) systems, bull horns or any other amplification devices are not allowed. 6. No pets are allowed on the premises. 7. Area and swap meet grounds must be vacated by 3:00 pm. 8. There are no refunds or rain checks. Management reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to evict any vendor who violates these RULES . Todos los vendedores regulares tienen la obligaci n por ley, de contar con una Licencia general del impuesto al consumo, del Estado de California, para este establecimiento, la cual debe exhibirse claramente. 2. 8 La Gerencia se reserva el derecho de restringir o prohibir la venta de mercader a, seg n lo ordenado por los Agencias del orden p blico. La venta de Mercanc as de dise ador o Mercanc as falsificadas est prohibida y puede resultar en la suspensi n de los privilegios de venta en las instalaciones y en la confiscaci n de los bienes y mercader a prohibidos. A la primera infracci n: se emitir una advertencia por escrito al Vendedor. A la segunda infracci n: se suspender n los privilegios del Vendedor durante 30 d as para vender en el Sitio y no se realizar reembolso alguno por tarifas o cantidades pagadas con anterioridad. A la ltima infracci n: se suspender n los privilegios del Vendedor en forma permanente para vender en el Sitio y no se realizar reembolso alguno por tarifas o cantidades pagadas con anterioridad. 4. Ning n rea de venta debe exceder el espacio asignado para la venta. No se permite a los Vendedores distribuir, intercambiar ni vender art culos fuera del rea de venta.

9 Todos los exhibidores deben organizarse de tal forma que no constituyan un peligro o molestia para el p blico. Cada Vendedor acuerda mantener su propio espacio limpio y debe responsabilizarse ante cualquier da o a la propiedad del Evento de intercambio. Nadie debe dejar mercader a, cajas o cartones de desecho en terrenos del Evento de intercambio. 5. No se permite realizar subastas. La distribuci n de peticiones puede realizarse nicamente en espacios numerados del Evento de intercambio, para los que se haya comprado una licencia, a la tarifa regular por el espacio. No se permite el uso de sistemas de altavoces, meg fonos ni de ning n otro dispositivo de amplificaci n. 6. No se permiten mascotas en las instalaciones. 7. El terreno y rea del Evento de intercambio deben quedar desocupados para las 3:00 p. m. 8. No habr n reembolsos ni vales. La Gerencia se reserva el derecho, a su exclusiva y absoluta discreci n, de desalojar a cualquier vendedor que infrinja estas normas.
