WHO IS ELIGIBLE? You graduated from any public or private California high school in 2021 and are directly attending SMC as a first-year student. If you graduated in 2021, you are eligible for any term in the 2021-22 academic year. You will take 12 units or more per term. You are a California resident or an AB 540 student. You submit FAFSA or Dream Act application by the start of the first term of your first year and by the start of the first term of your second year.
