SalesA Participant may sell (or obtain a certificate or certificates for) allshares or part of the whole shares of stock credited to his or heraccount at any time upon written request. Additionally, salesrequests can be submitted online at order sale requests received at Investor Centre or by telephone will be placed promptlyupon receipt during market hours (normally 9:30 to 4:00 Time).
4 Any orders received after 4:00 Eastern Timewill be placed promptly on the next day the market is open. Theprice shall be the market price of the sale obtained byComputershare s broker net of order sale requests received in writing, by telephone or at Investor Centre byComputershare will be processed no later than five business daysafter the date on which the order is received assuming therelevant markets are open and sufficient market liquidity exists(and except where deferral is required under applicable federal orstate laws or regulations). All sale requests received in writing will be submitted as batch order sales. In every case of a batchorder sale, the price to each selling Participant shall be theweighted average sale price obtained by Computershare s brokernet of fees for each aggregate order placed by Computershareand executed by the broker.
5 To maximize cost savings for batchorder sale requests, Computershare will seek to sell shares inround lot transactions. For this purpose Computershare maycombine each selling Participant s shares with those of otherselling sale instructions are final. Once Computershare has receivedthe Participant s sale instructions, the request cannot be stoppedor cancelled. Computershare may, for various reasons, require atransaction request to be submitted in writing. Please contactComputershare to determine if there are any limitations applicableto your particular sale a Participant prefers to sell shares through his/her broker, arequest for transfer of book-entry shares, or the issuance of astock certificate, must be made to Computershare by telephone orin writing.
