1 script : IEP Student Information This tutorial addresses IEP Student Information The Student Information can only be accessed after a specific Student record has been selected. This section of the Online IEP gives the user and the team a place to review the WVEIS contact and identification data for this Student . The top section of the screen does not have Information that may be edited within the Online IEP. program. To change the Information please communicate the changes needed with your school. The bottom section of the screen has three required fields. These fields are IEP meeting date, grade level for this IEP and reason or purpose of the IEP meeting.
2 These must be completed and saved to initiate a new IEP record. Although you are entering an anticipated IEP meeting date, grade level, and meeting type you may return to this section at any time to edit this given Information . Additionally, transfer Information may be provided in the fields that follow. To save this page, click the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen. If this happens to be a new record, the button wording will say Create New IEP.. This concludes the IEP Student Information tutorial.
