4 (Regulation4(2))ProvisionandUseof WorkEquipmentRegulations1998placesgenera ldutiesonemployersand lists minimumrequirementsfor workequipmentto deal with selectedhazardswhateverthe Regulationsimplementan EU Directiveaimed atthe protectionof workersand the generalduties willrequire the need to:a.
