Customer Name doing the registration Customer name above or someone else who can be contacted Click to register a new profile Select which SMS Alerts to receive from City Power Choose the correct address using Google Maps Customer SMS Alerts Log Faults on Map Click Save as shown below after filling the form: After the Clicking Save, an OTP Number will be send to the Mobile Number. Use the OTP Number to complete the registration process as shown below and click the Submit button: After clicking the Submit button, The City Power Web Fault Logging Main Menu will be displayed as shown below: Click Save to complete the registration For City Power Employees Only During Registration City Power Web Fault Logging Main Menu allow the following Functionalities: Edit My Profile: Update your information entered during registration.
3 Log a fault (My Address): log faults against your address on your profile Log a fault (Other Address): log fault on behalf of someone and include their contact details as well as their addresses. View Open Faults: View all open faults that you logged View All Faults: View all your open and closed faults logged. Log a Fault (Other Address) How to log a fault for another Address see below Fault Logging Tracking Calls Login and select Log a Fault (Other Address) from Main Menu Screen Select the Call Type, write notes as shown below: NB: Meter Number and Account number both are required if the Call Type chosen is Meter related or smart Meter related. This means the system will not allow a Fault to be logged if the Meter number and Account Number are both not specified for Meter related or smart Meter related call types.
4 Select Log a Fault (Other Address) Contact Person and contact Number: Specify Address : Click Save
