10 GRANT FUNDED 8645 ARTICLE 1 PREAMBLEThis Agreement is entered into on December 10, 2017 by and between the Public Health Trust (PHT) and Miami-Dade County, Florida (County), hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and Local 1991 Service Employees International Union, hereinafter referred to as the Union, for the period October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020, subject to ratification by the Union membership and approval by the Public Health Trust and the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, new or amended provisions contained in this Agreement shall be effective the beginning of the first pay period immediately following final ratification and approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
