1 Job Description Senior Contracts Manager Overview The above person will be responsible for the profitable delivery of all Contracts and small works from post tender stage. They will ensure that Contracts are completed on time, on budget, to a high standard and develop excellent relationships with our clients. Brief Description Provide information for estimator at tender stage. Organise site set ups. Attend and report at pre- contract and progress meetings with clients. Organising directly employed labour and encouraging maximum productivity. Ensuring good morale on site. Ordering materials and sub-contractors at best value.

2 Ensure high quality of all work carried out. Prepare construction Phase Health and Safety plans, Risk assessments, COSHH assessments and the Health and Safety file on completion. Ensure sites are safe and that all operatives and sub-contractors are working safely and complying with Arque 's safety plans. Liaising with architects, surveyors and clients, and ensuring they are happy. Ensuring timely completion of Contracts . Providing estimates and supervising small works. Compiling and submitting monthly valuations, projected final accounts and final accounts. Assisting with invoicing. Ensuring efficient waste management and having due regard to the environment.

3 Ensure that site managers are properly resourced to do their job well. Carry out other duties requested by the Managing Director.
