Richmond Public Health Falls Prevention Immunization 604-233-3150 Provides education and suggestions to help prevent falls at home. Will do home falls risk assessment. May include home modification recommendations, strengthening and balance instruction, identifying falls risk including nutrition, general health, and wellness.
