2 You Don t Need Luck You Need Jesus! Only trust Him, only trust Him, only trust Him now; He will save you, He will save you, He will save you now. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. ~Acts 4:12 ANNOUNCEMENTS WELCOME TO MACEDONIA! What a wonderful day to serve our Lord! We are so thankful for all in attendance today. If you are members just coming home for a visit or visitors looking for a church home, we welcome you and hope you enjoy being a part of our church family as we join together to worship God.
3 Holy Smoke!..only three more weeks! Our Brotherhood is busy making preparations for their 17th annual Holy Smoke Christian Grilling Competition. Sign-up sheets for pound cakes and kitchen help are in the foyer for those wishing to make a cake (to be used in the plate dinners that are sold) or help in the kitchen during the day. There is still room for everyone! Last Sunday began the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions. Please be in prayer for this dedicated group of missionaries who serve God, not in foreign countries, but right here in the United States.
4 An envelope is provided for your generous (and appreciated) offering(s). Please be in prayer for Phillip and Kaye Jones as they embark on a new (and very rewarding!) journey in their lives relocating to Florida. Kaye will leave us in the next few days while Bro. Phillip stays and tends to business here in GA. We will miss them so much, but know that they will always be a part of our church family and our hearts. Thought To Ponder: Seven Things We Can Pray For During a Crisis: PEACE knowing God is with us.
5 HEALING for those affected. OPPORTUNITY to serve our friends and neighbors. FAITH to trust that God is in control. WISDOM to make the right decisions. PATIENCE to stay calm and embrace challenges. GOSPEL for many people to find hope in Jesus. ~copied Be careful for nothing: but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
