Replacement Parts warranty on equipment that is in warranty will be for the length of the equipment s original warranty. Replacement Parts purchased for non-warranty equipment will be 90 days from the date of invoice to customer.

3 Under all Bard warranties, the buyer is responsible for all labor in replacing defective Parts and all other servicing of the product. The dealer may extend a labor or Service warranty to the buyer on such terms as the dealer may choose, but in no event will such labor or servicing be paid by Bard. All Parts for material claimed defective will be invoiced in the usual manner, and credit issued after alleged defective material has been returned to the plant for inspection. Refer to Warranty Bulletin WB00-1 for more detailed information. WARRANTY RETURNS All warranty returns must be accompanied by a properly completed Parts Claim Form 7961-237A. Refer to Warranty Bulletin WB00-1 for more detailed information. The responsibility of Bard Manufacturing Co. ceases upon delivery of goods to Transportation Company. If shipment is offered to purchaser in damaged or poor condition, purchaser should request notation of damage on paid freight bill, thereby enabling purchaser to secure prompt payment of claim. Concealed damage should be reported immediately to Transportation Company, allowing them to make an inspection and necessary notation on freight bill.

Any single Parts order totaling $2,000 and above net value is subject to an additional 2 % discount. RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (Other than Warranty Returns) No materials are to be returned without written permission. Only unused standard cataloged equipment and Parts with current serial numbers, in original cartons, that are normally stocked will be considered for return. If authorization is given to return merchandise, it must be shipped prepaid and it will be subject to a deduction of 15% from the credit to cover handling, inspection and restocking.

6 Any reconditioning charges will also be deducted from the credit. Merchandise not authorized for return, or not prepaid will be refused and returned to the shipper freight collect. Merchandise authorized for return but without proper paperwork will be refused and returned to the shipper freight collect. Material made on special order is not subject to return.
