2 Decrease your stitch length size before stitching onto the paper for the owl legs. We recommend a length. This will allow the paper to pull off quickly and easily after sewing is finished. Wonder Tape really does work wonders when it comes to finishing the owl! Once the owl is filled with stuffing and walnut litter, place a small piece of Wonder Tape on each right side of the opening. Adhere the legs to one side of the tape. Fold each taped side inward and hand stitch closed! ONE MORE TIP! To help the owl "sit" on the table, simply take a hot iron and very carefully press the bottom of the owl so that it flattens out just a bit. Easy! Thank you Janome for sponsoring this week's episode of The DIY dish ! 3 JesseKate Designs 2010 4
