SG740 SERIES - スクリーンインキ

SG740 1/2 2001/11/01 SG740 SERIES The SG740 SERIES is a family of two-part reaction inks that dry more quickly than other two-part reaction inks for higher work efficiency. Ink type Two part reaction ink. Usage Outstanding adhesion power makes them ideal for printing over treated PP and PE, treated POM (polyacetal), Coating surface (especially UV coats), ABS acrylic, PVC, Nylon cloth, and other materials. Characteristics Generally semi-gloss finish and outstanding resistance with solvents although the quality varies with the color. Good adhesion on various types of materials Diluent Standard solvent: T-926 Slow dry solvent: T-927 Super-slow dry solvent: T-980 Hardener The mixing ratio Ink: Hardener= 100: 10 (by weight) After the potlife of 6-8 hours, the mixture will turn to gel or lose its properties.

2 It is economical to mix only necessary amount and use them up at a time. Washup T-15 Printing Use of Tetoron or nylon screens of 200-300 mesh number is recommended. Drying time Air-dries at room temperature (25C) in 4 days (set to touch : 40 min.) or forced drying at 80C in 30 minutes. Heat treatment at 120C for 20 minutes is recommended for best results on metals. Notes The hardener for the SG740 SERIES is extremely sensitive to moisture and should be used once it is unpacked. Foaming and blisters may result under some printed film is somewhat thinner compared to that of the VIC SERIES . Use of gold metallic powder is not recommended as it will cause a chemical reaction leading to gelation.

3 There is no problem with silver metallic powders.
