How to Log InGo to our website and in the top right corner click on the Login tabYou will then be taken to a Welcome to eSAVINGS page, where you will be asked to input the following information: 1.

2 Customer Number Your 6 digit customer number (emailed to you when you opened your account)2. PasswordIn your initial application you will have set up a password. Your password should be 8-20 characters long and contain at least one of each of the following: Number Special character Upper and lower case character3. Memorable WordThe first time you log on you will be prompted to create a Memorable word . This should be different from your password. Each time you log on thereafter, you will be asked for 3 random characters from your memorable accounts: Your account will become locked if you have 3 unsuccessful attempts at entering your password. If your account becomes locked, a text message will be sent to your registered mobile number. If you do not recieve a text message within 15 minutes or you cannot unlock your account, please call us on 0345 266 6611 ( Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays.)

How to Log In (continued)Once you have clicked Logon and have entered your memorable word correctly, you will have access to your online eSAVINGS Portal and the following page will be Resetting your passwordIf you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, go to the login page and click the first quick link named Reset Password .You will be taken to a page displayed below where you will need to enter your customer number. Click Send Code to Mobile Number and you will be prompted for an authentication code. This code will be sent to your registered mobile your code is entered correctly, you ll be asked to input 3 characters from your memorable this is entered correctly, you will then be asked to input a new password. Once logged in to your eSAVINGS account you will recieve a text message to your registered mobile number to notify you that your password has : If you have 3 unsuccessful log in attempts your eSAVINGS portal will lock.

4 You will be notified of a locked account via a text message sent to your registered mobile number. Viewing your account informationFrom the home screen you are able to see the balance of each account you hold with us . If you want to see account specific information click on Accounts in the navigation bar. To view your recent transactions, you can click the three dots button or click the quick link in the right corner named View Recent Trans-actions . 4. Viewing an eDocumentThrough basic and advanced searches you can view your eDocuments from certain dates. Click Documents from the last and select a date range to view previous eDocuments sent to view your eDocuments click on the Accounts tab and select eDocuments.

5 If you have unread eDocuments these will be highlighted in Alerts and Inbox on your homepage. Click this link to show your eDocuments. Easy Access account holders onlineCustomers with an online easy access product can perform their own online withdrawals (minimum 500 per withdrawal).

6 To perform an online withdrawal follow the steps below. This product is not to be con-fused with the Matured Funds account , online withdrawals are not permitted from Matured Funds holding account. 6. How to create and send a secure message If you would like to send us a secure message click on the Messages tab in the navigation bar and click Create Message . How to create and send a secure message (continued)You can send us a secure message in the following instances: Send us your Maturity Instruction Update your contact details (Mobile number and address) Change your interest payment details Account closure request Transfer balance to another Shawbrook Savings account Change or register a new nominated account (subject to an electronic verification process utilising the shared data between financial institutions).

7 We may also ask you to email additional scanned proof the account is in your name. Banking alertsNote: When sending a secure message the portal is set to time out after a period of 10 minutes for security recieve text messages to your registered mobile number click on your Alerts tab and select register/de-register alerts . Here you will be able to turn your alerts on and off, including a change in password and if your account is locked or unlocked A Nother (123456).88SB8. Apply online 9. My DetailsIf you want to open another sole account product you can do so by applying online via the Apply Online tab. Just follow the steps and apply for your chosen product. Once the new account is opened you will be able to view this within your eSAVINGS the top right hand corner you will see the tab My Details.

8 This will show the most up to date contact information we have for you. In this section you will also be able to change your password and update your marketing preferences. If you would like to change your email address or your telephone number you can type your new details into the relevant fields and click Change at the bottom of your screen. You will then be prompted to click a green button titled Send Code to Mobile Number . Once you have clicked this button a 6-digit authentication code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
