Since 1975, the TELEMA Group ( ), currently constituted by more than 10 companies , has always dedicated all its resources - personnel, investment, research e development into the technical improvement of its products of which they are the world largest specialist manufacturer: power resistors for railways and industrial applications. Through its companies in Europe, North America and China, the TELEMA Group is now active in the most important world markets and can directly and constantly support its customers in their local markets; this is essential to give support in the right language, localise the product for the specific market; furthermore this allows to improve the know-how about the applications and the technical characteristics that the products must have in the different markets.

2 The TELEMA Group can design and offer its customers - from the world best known railway companies, such as ALSTOM Transport, BOMBARDIER, HITACHI, MITSUBISHI, TOSHIBA, SIEMENS, to the electrical engineering companies like ABB, ALSTOM, SCHNEIDER, the large utilities like ENEL and EDF, and several engineering companies any type of resistors, ranging from the simplest to the most complex, from small crane starting/braking resistors to the multi-megawatt force-ventilated braking resistor for high speed trains. High performance, high reliability and quality are the goals we share with our customers. In order to complete and diversify the product portfolio, TELEMA Group decided to enforce the light carpentry sector, strategic for core products and certification, and enter also in oil&gas market with the acquisition of SIEM- Fusani .

3 Recently, TELEMA Group, thanks to over 30 years practice in electro-mechanics products, has started-up its own new Solar Division, focused on supplying photovoltaic modules and plants 2 of 9 SIEM- Fusani profile and product portfolio company strengthened by the junction of personal and company knowledges coming from the last 30 years and representing the life of a company history. Innovation and enterprise spirit are today s reality of SIEM- Fusani srl ( ) that, through the professionalism of its people, has collected human and technological experience, born from an industrial past and directed to the future of electro-pneumatic and mechanical plants. It has been working as a specialized company for long time in complementary markets such as oli&gas, railways, defence and naval construction, mainly focusing on: 1.

4 Designing and manufacturing power resistors for trains and industrial applications such as steelwork and cranes; 2. designing and manufacturing electric and pneumatic panels and plants; 3. light carpentry in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloys for various applications, included photovoltaic plants Our technical dept. operates with three-dimensional CAD and FEM software when design requests deep structural calculations for validating the specific requirements adequacy. We are able to converse files with the most common CAD platforms (Autocad, Inventor, Solid Edge, Solid Works, ProE, Catia etc.) and we can import and export in most commonly used formats such as DXF, IGES, ACIS, STL, PARASOLID, STEP etc. POWER RESISTORS Developed and built in synergy with Telema spa, can be divided into: Railway applications 3 of 9 Industrial applications such as o Starting and braking resistors for cranes and steelwork o Neutral grounding resistors o Load resistors o Harmonic filter resistors 4 of 9 ELECTRIC and PNEUMATIC PANELS AND PLANTS Our company , thanks to experiences collected through design and building of electric and pneumatic panels and thanks to the continuous enhancement of its equipments is able to offer: design and dimensioning of the project drafting of original drawings by CAD techniques recording of drawings realization of project with standard panels or custom made attention to every wiring and assembling particular test and operating verifications.

5 Typology of pneumatic panels is the following: Gauge boards for reciprocating and centrifugal compressors Instruments panels for gas turbines Pneumatic logic control panels 5 of 9 6 of 9 LIGHT CARPENTRY The company , based in La Spezia district, settled in an industrial area with modern CNC machines and equipments for sheet metal working, allowing us to design complex carpentry with high quality standards at very competitive rates. Our production structure consists of: Laser cutting, thanks to cutting lines with the following characteristics: Laser power plants with up to 4000 watts. Able to cut stainless steel up to 15 mm thick, iron up to 20 mm, aluminum up to 12 mm with a range of 4000 x 2000 mm and equipped with automatic loading and unloading system that allows 24 hours fully operations, including non-manned activities; Punching, thanks to CNC punching center, 20 tons maximum power, able to work stainless steel up to 3 mm thick carbon steel up to 6 mm, aluminum and alloys of up to 6 mm, with a range of 3000 x 1500 and equipped to perform the most variable types of processes; Bending, thanks to eight axes machines CNC Amada AMNC PC with working range up to 4m x 220 tons.

6 We are able to work stainless steel up to 8 mm, carbon steel up to 10 mm, aluminum up to 12 mm; Welding, thanks to a welding department composed by qualified operators able to perform TIG and MIG / MAG welding certified by WPS in according to EN 15614-1 standards. The welding process is certified according to UNI EN ISO 3834 and UNI EN 15085. We are also certified for liquid penetrant testing. Riveting - Completing our available services to Customers and looking for constant improvement, we specialize in the application of inserts and construction of structures with the same mechanical properties between riveted and welded structures thanks to structural blind rivets multi-grip which provide a complete watertight joint and a visible locking Mechanical machining, with CNC job center (vertical MIND 1400x850x850 mm and GSM 1000x600x500 mm), universal milling, and others.

7 7 of 9 8 of 9 9 of 9 TESTING ROOM SIEM- Fusani srl has also a testing room consisting of two vibrating plates (one vertical axis and one horizontal slip-table axis, vacuum) equipped with 16,000 DaN hydraulic servoactuators which allows vibration, shock and seismic tests, on items up to 2000 kg, with a maximum displacement of 70 mm peak to peak. Survey of natural frequencies, dynamic strength tests, fatigue tests, road simulations, measures of noise and vibration are some of our test room capabilities. Deeply remarkable is the chance of power feeding for testing items with an over 1500kW dc power through a wide range of supply voltages CERTIFICATIONS and QUALIFICATIONS Currently our company holds the following certifications: UNI EN ISO 9001/2000 nr.
