4 GENERAL CORNER OF EVERY INTERSECTION SHALL HAVE A SIGHTVISIBILITY ZONE REGARDLESS OF RIGHT-OF-WAY WALLS, FENCES, SHRUBS, UTILITY APPURTENANCES ORANY OTHER OBJECT, OTHER THAN TRAFFIC CONTROLDEVICES, FIRE HYDRANTS, TREES, AND STREET LIGHT POLES,MAY BE CONSTRUCTED OR INSTALLED WITHIN THE SIGHTVISIBILITY ZONE UNLESS SAID OBJECT IS MAINTAINED AT LESSTHAN 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT, MEASURED FROM TOP OF CURB,OR WHERE NO CURB EXISTS, A HEIGHT OF 27 INCHESMEASURED FROM THE TOP OF ADJACENT ASPHALT, GRAVELOR PAVEMENT STREET SURFACE. THIS RESTRICTIONEXTENDS ALONG THE SIGHT VISIBILITY LINE THROUGHLANDSCAPED INTERSECTIONS WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION OF MAJORAND MINOR STREETS CANNOT BE PERMANENTLYESTABLISHED, EACH LEG OF THE INTERSECTION MUST BEANALYZED AS IF THE APPROACH LEG IS A MINOR STREETINTERSECTING A MAJOR STREET.

5 THE PORTIONS OF THESIGHT VISIBILITY ZONE LABELED "N/A" IN THE SETBACK TABLEARE NOT REQUIRED. AT "T" INTERSECTIONS , THETERMINATING LEG WILL ALWAYS BE THE MINOR ROADWAYS AND ROADWAYS WITH INTERSECTINGANGLES GREATER THAN 10 DEGREES MUST BE ANALYZEDUSING D1, D2, THE EYE POSITION, AND THE CAR POSITION ASSHOWN IN THE INFORMATION OF A SIGHT VISIBILITY ZONE DIFFERENT THAN THATSHOWN HEREIN SHALL REQUIRE A SIGHT VISIBILITY ANALYSISPREPARED AND SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL TO THE LOCALENTITY ENGINEER BY A CIVIL ENGINEER REGISTERED IN THESTATE OF AREA WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE ARC AND THE CHORD ATTHE CURB RETURN (OFFSET 5' FROM BACK OF CURB)
