4 1. Our response to COVID-19. Supporting our stakeholders through the COVID-19 pandemic At its core, Softcat is a people business which invests in its employees and the things they care about. In this section you will see some of the ways we have responded to the COVID-19. pandemic, supporting one another and our wider stakeholders.
