There is typically one CCP per Easybar system. Located in pump room Controls all communication with computer & reporting features DIMS: 13"W x 11"D x 3 1/4"H Point of Pump Box (POP) Electronics which fire the valves (pump solenoids) in the liquor room. Located in pump room Contains electronics which control all dispensing Regular POP controls up to 64 brands, Large POP controls up to 128 brands DIMS: 4"W x 12 1/2"D x 8 1/2"H Easybar Software and Hardware Manual System Components 5 Positive Displacement Pumps Specialized beverage pumps which are activated by compressed air being fired into an isolated chamber of the pump for a specific amount of time.
Easybar positive displacement pumps only allow lines to be pressurized on demand which protects the liquor reserve in case of a leak or damage to the tubing. A food-grade diaphragm never allows compressed air or CO2 to touch the product. Hydrator piston pumps do not allow air to directly touch the product so beverage taste is never compromised Positive displacement pumps reset fully before dispensing a second drink which ensures a high level of accuracy Easybar pumps are demand pumps - they remain closed until signaled to pour eliminating the chance of loss of liquor reserve in the event of a leak Standard pump rail includes 16 pumps DIMS: 16-PUMP RAIL: 60"W x 6"D x 12"H INDIVIDUAL PUMP: 4"W x 5 1/2"D x 12" H Manifolds The one-, two-, three- and four- bottle reserve in the liquor room into which liquor bottles are placed upside down to provide liquor to the system.
Bottles are stabilized by settling the bottle shoulder onto black bottle boots. Clear bottle supports can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the thumb screw on the side of each support. Two- to four-bottle configuration Bottles empty sequentially (front to back) for easy restocking Manifolds are connectable for any required bottle reserve Quick-disconnect fittings on manifolds mean reconfiguring bottle reserve is quick and easy Easybar bottle stoppers fit inside bottle neck and prevent spillage when inverting or removing bottles DIMS: 3"W x 6 1/2"H x 2-Bottle: 11"D 3-Bottle: 15 1/2"D 4-Bottle: 21 1/2"D Easybar Software and Hardware Manual System Components 6 Point of Dispense Box (POD) Electronics which fire the valves (liquid or air solenoids) at each dispensing station. Contains electronics which control a dispensing station Located within 15' of the dispensing gun or tower Regular POD can accommodate up to 64 brands, Large POD can accommodate up to 128 brands Auxilary switch packs can be added to POD to track items (like bottled beer) that are not dispensed from the system Capable of interfacing to POS with optional Universal Interface Card DIMS: 4"W x 12 1/2"D x 8 1/2"H Dispensing Gun Gun boxes available in single, dual, triple or quad configuration Each gun dispenses up to sixteen brands and sixteen cocktails of up to five ingredients Each brand and cocktail has up to three pour sizes Each gun can be custom-labeled for easy brand identification Guns are equipped with diffuser nozzles to prevent splashing Tactile switch pack DIMS: SINGLE GUN BOX.
5 1/2"W x 4"D x 3 1/4"H DUAL GUN BOX: 10"W x 4"D x 3 1/4"H TRIPLE GUN BOX: 10"W x 4"D x 3 1/4"H GUN: 2"W x 7 1/2"L x 3" H (at nozzle) HOSE: 36" Standard - Custom lengths available Easybar Software and Hardware Manual System Components 7 Dispensing Tower Each tower capable of dispensing up to 64 brands plus 64 cocktails of up to five ingredients at the touch of a single button Each brand and cocktail can have up to three pour sizes Towers can also dispense soda & soda syrup with optional soda nozzle Custom labeled for easy brand identification DIMS: 6"W x8 1/4"D x 17 1/2"H Easypour Controlled Spout System Small controller easily installed in tight spaces System can track unlimited number of bottles in seven categories Functions alone or as part of an Easybar CLCS II system BOX DIMS: "6 3/4"W x 4 1/2"D x 3 1/2"H Easybar Software and Hardware Manual System Components 8 Solenoid Rail 16 solenoids per rail Programmed to work in conjunction with in back room to ensure accuracy Located at dispensing station DIMS: 22"W x 4"D x 3 1/2"H Easybar Software and Hardware Manual Specifications 9 SPECIFICATIONS AC Power Line Requirements 1.
Easybar dispensing Systems require a dedicated, isolated "clean" power circuit for proper operation and reliability. 2. The circuit must have 3 wires: power (hot), neutral, and ground. The wires should be the same size. 3. Conduit ground is NOT permissible. Ground and neutral should be separated. 4. Receptacle for this circuit should be isolated bond type: Hubble IG 5262 or equivalent. 5. The wiring of the receptacle should meet the National Electrical Code: black (hot) wire to the right side; white (neutral) to the left side; and green (ground) wire to the bottom lead of the receptacle. 6. If wiring is to a sub-panel, the separate ground conductor (green wire) must "pass through" that panel and continue to the primary grounding electrode. 7. Warranty or service agreement may be voided for failure to comply with proper electrical and grounding requirements.
8. For Easybar(r) Systems that are to be interfaced to Point of Sale (POS) terminals or electronic cash registers (ECR), check with manufacturer's ECR or POS AC power line requirements. 9. Each dispensing station needs an isolated power circuit as well as one in the liquor room for the Point of Pump (POP). Conduit Requirements 1. All runs 6" conduit - material as required 2. All 90 turns indicated are sweep 90 3. Pull box/junction every 100' (approx) 4. No pull box on 90 turns 5. 24" x 24" x 12" minimum pull box size 6. No more than four direction change between pull box 7. Soda lines to run with liquor lines unless noted Easybar Software and Hardware Manual Specifications 10 8. All conduit end stub ups as required by local Health Department 9. Marked lines are for explanation and show general direction only 10. Wall chases at best locations at plumber's discretion 11.
All runs require best straight line possible 12. If interfaced, a 1" diameter electrical conduit is required between POD and POS Computer Requirements System running Windows 95*, Windows 98, Windows NT4*, Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Serial communication port OR USB-to-Serial adapter. CD-ROM to load from CD. 256 color video card. * Systems running Windows 95 or Windows NT4 must have Internet Explorer or higher AND must have Task Scheduler installed in order to take readings.
