Under a cloak of pretended Christianity, Satanwas insinuating himself into the church, to corrupt their faith andturn their minds from the Word of God .. Well would it be for the church and the world if theprinciples that actuated those steadfast souls were revived in thehearts of God s professed people. There is an alarmingindifference in regard to the doctrines which are the pillars of theChristian faith.

3 The opinion is gaining ground, that, after all, theseare not of vital importance. This degeneracy is strengthening thehands of the agents of Satan, so that false theories and fataldelusions which the faithful in ages past imperiled their lives toresist and expose, are now regarded with favor by thousands whoclaim to be followers of Christ. 8 Itis obedience to God s Word!Having said that, what should we do about churchrelationship? This is a matter for each one to prayer-fully work through for some instances, the local congregation may beconservative and the individual is able to worship,pray, and share with brethren. In others, faithful soulsare being hounded out by worldly pastors, members,and one can speak for another. Each must cryto God and, in His strength, trust, obey, and help trust God, obey His Word, and do all he can tohelp those around the Author s Preface, the author of this bookwill state her position.

9 But the solution lies in whatyou and I will do about the matter. Whether in theorganized church or out of it, will we plead withGod for help in this terrible crisis? Will we pleadwith others to forsake their worldliness and re-turn to their Maker?It is urgent that the professed people of God re-turn to belief in, and obedience to, the full InspiredWord of God, including the precious counsels givenus in these last days through the Spirit of Prophecy. If My people, which are called by My name, shallhumble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, andturn from their wicked ways; then will I hear fromheaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal theirland.
