By doing so, you could take advantage of the health and wellbeing benefits and at the same time, reduce the environmental impact of your footYou can access our site from all sides with pedestrian entrances on Monks Park Avenue, Dorian Road, Southmead Road and Kingsholm Road/Kendon Drive. Use the Let s Walk North Bristol map to find a walking route to our Hospital from the local area. The map can be downloaded from here: busOur site is serviced by many regular buses which pick up and drop off at dedicated bus stops outside the main entrance to the Brunel building, along Dorian Way and on surrounding main roads. Real time information regarding bus times is available within the Atrium of the Brunel building and at each bus stop. 4 Plan your route and download maps from trainThe nearest railway stations are Bristol Parkway and Filton Abbey Wood, both with bus connections direct to contact National Rail Enquiries for the latest : : 03457 48 49 50By motorcycle Motorcycle parking is free on site and there are a number of designated motorcycle parking areas. Please see the attached map for more information on sustainable modes of travel, visit the TravelWest website parking Please be aware that parking spaces at Southmead Hospital are currently limited while the third phase of construction is being carried out. The Trust has four main car parks for patients and visitors to Southmead Hospital . The Emergency Department and Brunel Multi-storey car parks are pay on foot which works via automatic number plate recognition and payment is made as you return to the car park to collect your vehicle. Payment at these pay stations can be made by credit/debit card, notes or coins.

5 The other car parks and on street parking spaces are coins only pay and display. Please make sure you bring sufficient change for car parking at the Hospital is managed by OCS. Their office is in the Brunel building and is open 24 hours a day. The telephone number is 0117 323 apply 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Tariffs are clearly displayed in all public car parks and can be obtained by calling the OCS office. For long term parking at a reduced rate contact the OCS office for more drivers, displaying a blue badge, park free of charge and disabled parking spaces are provided in all public car parks. If there are no available disabled spaces you may park in any space within a public car park free of charge provided that you display your blue badge. For disabled parking please see instructions on payment machines. The map overleaf highlights public parking areas. Please ensure that you do not park in staff car parks as only permit holders may park in these areas, particularly as a barrier card is needed to exit Vehicle Charging Points are available in the Brunel Multi-storey car park and by the Southmead Road entrance to the and Conditions of parking are displayed within the car parks.
