2 SP-50 and JCB JS240L. SPH-80. Four shaft vibra construc- tion, directional hitting and heavy duty design makes the SPH-80 an efficient sheet piler. Directional hitting reduces ground vibration to a lower level than in the same size conventional vibratory driver. Tube Drivers and Excavator SP-20 + Tube Clamps SP-30 + Tube Clamps Standard SP-30 can be used for driving tubes and wooden poles with additional tube clamps. 5 For all the other sizes there are the tube reducers available in diameters 50 - 600 mm. The reducers are attached to the basic jaws as shown in a lower picture left. Automatic Steering Excavator operator has a challenging job to drive a pile vertically by keeping the pile on the linear movement. This requires the control of three different movements (main boom, stick boom and bucket cylinder) simultaneously. At the same time the angle of the pile is very difficult to see from the cabin of the excavator as a side view of the pile cannot be directly seen. Movax Automatic Steering System is developed to solve this problem. The main principle is that the operator con- trols one movement and automatic steering system takes care of the two remaining movements. This results to a linear movement of the pile. Operating with Movax is challenging itself not to mention when aiming to achieve the best performance with it and at the same time avoid all problems. As Movax is a unique machine, every operator has to be well trained in its use. When installing Movax, service engineers provide customer s opera- tor with the required operator training. It is also possible to organise operator- or any extra training for example in Unisto Oy s premises in H meenlinna, Finland. The duration of such training is 3-5 days, depending on the program and customer s needs, and includes both technical and practical training.
