When ordering replacement Parts , order by the part number and description provided in the Parts Catalog. Do not order by nomenclature only. All Parts orders should be submitted with part numbers in alpha- numeric sequence. 2. To provide additional means of verifying a part number, include the serial number and model number of the Helicopter for which the part is being ordered.

2 The Enstrom Helicopter Corporation reserves the right to supply alternate or superseding Parts in all cases where design changes, Parts availability, or product improvement necessitates such substitution. Specify whether the part or component is for a 12V or 24V system. 3. Specify the desired method of shipment. Unless otherwise indicated, shipment will be made via the most economical method available at the time, the carrier being determined at the time of shipment as related to weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipment by other than surface transportation must be so noted at the time the order is placed.

3 2. TERMS OF SALE. All sales and shipments are The Enstrom Helicopter Corporation, Menominee, Michigan. Prices are subject to change without notice, but will not be changed on any orders that have been accepted and are in process. 3. POLICY FOR RETURNING Parts FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT. 1. All retail customers must process their returns through the Dealer or Service Center through whom they originally procured the part . 2. Parts cannot be returned to Enstrom unless prior authorization is obtained from the Product Support Department. When new Parts are returned for credit, it is essential that the Dealer or Service Center adhere to the following procedures: 1.

4 Requests to return Parts must be submitted in writing to the Product Support Department with the reason for the return. The Enstrom Invoice Number must be noted in the request. In case of emergency situations, the return can be requested by phone or cable, but must be followed up by a letter. Effective 6/11/12. 1. 2. The Product Support Department will provide the authorization for the return of Parts . Returns are not to be made until you have received written or verbal authorization. A properly executed Material Return Form is to be affixed to the Parts upon return. 3. Enstrom will notify the Dealer or Service Center of any Parts returned without prior authorization or proper identification.

5 After a 10 day period, if no word has been received, disposition of the Parts will be made at the discretion of the Enstrom Helicopter Corporation. 3. The following material is not acceptable for credit 1. Printed matter. 2. Rubber goods. 3. Miscellaneous hardware (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.). 4. Gaskets, seals, etc. 5. Bearings. 6. Electrical Components 4. All returned Parts are subject to a 20 percent restocking charge. 5. Parts must be returned freight-prepaid unless the Dealer or Service Center is authorized by the Product Support Department to do otherwise. A. $ handling fee will be assessed to a Dealer or Service Center that returns Parts freight collect without proper authorization.

6 4. DROP SHIPMENT OF Parts . Drop shipment of Spare Parts to other than the Dealer or Service Center will be honored as long as billing for the Parts remains with the Dealer or Service Center and the Parts are not being drop shipped into another Dealer's territory. 5. SHIPMENTS. In those instances when a customer does not have open account privileges, Enstrom will ship orders on a basis. Method of payment for these shipments (company check or cash/cashiers check) is determined by the Enstrom accounting department at the time of shipment. Enstrom will not ship to a third party. 6. REFUSED SHIPMENTS. A $ charge will be added to the bill for any shipment which is refused by the customer.

7 Effective 6/11/12. 2. 7. WARRANTY PROVISIONS FOR Parts AND OVERHAULED COMPONENTS. The Enstrom Helicopter Corporation warrants each replacement part and component part overhauled at its facility, unless specifically excluded herein, operated under normal conditions and use, to be free from defects in material and workmanship within the earlier of 120 days from date of delivery to original purchaser or 100 hours of operation, whichever occurs first. (More extensive warranty provisions are provided for main and tail rotor gearbox overhauls and new main and tail rotor blades and are further described in Attachments 1-4.)

8 In order to qualify under this warranty, the owner must notify an authorized Enstrom Dealer/Service Center of the defect within thirty days after discovery of the defect and promptly deliver the defective part or component to Dealer/Service Center or if requested by Enstrom , to Enstrom 's factory. Upon receipt of such serialized or non-serialized Parts or components, if it is found defective in material or workmanship. Enstrom shall notify the Dealer/Service Center of such fact. If the part is found not defective, it will be returned to the Dealer/Service Center at their expense. If, within the duration of this warranty, a serialized part , non-serialized part , component, or installation work covered by this warranty prove to be defective in material or workmanship, then the sole and exclusive remedy and Enstrom 's sole liability shall be the replacement or the repair of the defective part .

9 This warranty shall not apply to any serialized or non-serialized part or component which shall have been repaired or altered outside Enstrom 's factory without its consent in any way so as in Enstrom 's judgment, to affect the stability or reliability of the part , or any part which has been subject to misuse, negligence or abuse. Purchaser waives all statutory warranties and all warranties implied by law including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose in connection with the sale of serialized, non-serialized Parts or components described above and agrees that the only warranties made by the seller in connection with this sale are those expressly set forth on this page.

10 Neither Enstrom nor the selling Dealer, or Service Center shall have any responsibility for loss or use of the Helicopter , loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or consequential damage. Effective 6/11/12. 3. 8. CORRESPONDENCE. All correspondence regarding Spare Parts , Overhauls, Exchanges should be addressed to the Product Support Department. Correspondence regarding WARRANTY should be addressed to Technical Services. 9. WARRANTY/EXCHANGE ITEMS. All containers returned to Enstrom with components requiring warranty/overhaul exchange must be clearly marked on the outside of the container in bold letters, for WARRANTY or OVERHAUL as appropriate.
