Convention , Sept. 18-21 in New Orleans. It covers developments within our District since our last Convention in the fall of 2015, as well as a summary of where we stand today. Let's start with the big picture: District 142 now has responsibility for the administration of 49 con- tracts and the representation of approximately 20,000.
