On pure prod-ucts, a grade label is also appliedto the Cylinder shoulder. Theshoulder label identifies Specialty gas cylinders arestamped with markings designed to indicate ownership, specifications,pressure ratings, and other impor-tant data. Airgas also utilizes a bar code label for product identification and Specification: DOT Department ofTransportation (previously ICC Interstate CommerceCommission), which is the regulatory body that governsthe use of cylinders.
