Figure 1: , used with permission Our Church_____, will be advancing the kingdom of God as we take to the streets of our community on a Spiritual Warfare Prayer walk . We will be incorporating large flags into the Prayer walk as well as developing materials to be handed out in an invitation format. This will invite people to the Church as well as offer more information about the LORD and who we are. 2 Spiritual Warfare Prayer walk PURPOSE Prayer PLAN. First there are a couple of questions to ask that will help develop a strategy for the outreach. There must be Echad (Hebrew, Ps. 133) = a single thought, unity of purpose amongst all involved to flow in God's purpose for the Prayer walk . 1. Does God's LOVE outflow from us to others in our community? 2. Do we really care about those perishing around us? PURPOSE: As the Church, it's a call to put our Faith into action in bringing a message of life, vitality & hope to the people of surrounding communities. As an outreach it demonstrates the LOVE of Christ by being involved in our community and developing relationships with those hungry to know more about a Now God . who cares and will meet them right where they are. Prayer : This is the Warfare ; treading on enemy territory that has claimed this region for his own. We declare; enough is enough! All Intercessors called to be on point.

3 PLAN: 1. Identify Prayer points for surrounding communities 2. Identify strongholds (incidents could happen during the walk itself). 3. Create an outline on paper of key Prayer issues to focus on during the walk 4. Have materials available for the team to give out when inviting people to the Church 5. Counselor/ Prayer Warriors will need to be available on the Church property to minister to those that are in need of further Prayer and also to cover the walking team with Prayer 6. Spiritual Warfare Prayer walk INFORMATION - SCRIPTURE. Spiritual : To be led, governed and controlled by the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit honors God, not the flesh.

4 A Spiritual person, therefore, has been disciplined through the Word of God, to obey the Voice of the Spirit and to yield to His leading and direction. Created beings inhabit the heavenlies in many forms. Creatures of unimaginable beauty and grace inhabit God's kingdom. Some are called angels. There are also fallen spirits of equal unimaginable distain. They are called demons. These are the wicked spirits referred to in Ephesians 6:12. Man, himself, is also a spirit, having been created in the image and likeness of God. Warfare : A fierce, bitter engagement between two opposing forces whose purpose and plan is to destroy the other. In Israel's early history the people were continuously engaged in Warfare with nations who knew not God. They were commanded to conquer and bring them under subjection. The Church today is engaged in similar struggles against sin and wickedness. Jesus, the Bible says, was manifest to destroy the works of the devil.

5 We, the Church, are manifest in Him to do the very same thing - to take dominion over sin and Satan. The Warfare between God's people and wicked spirits will not cease entirely until Christ brings total victory at His glorious return, whereupon He will completely subdue and reign upon the earth. WEAPONS SCRIPTURE: The Christian walks by faith, not by sight. Therefore, the weapons of Spiritual Warfare must be known, recognized, understood, and appropriated, that is, taken possession of. Look up the scriptures associated with each, so that you can well understand the basis for which they are used. The Holy Spirit places great importance upon them. The weapons of Warfare are as follows: 1) The Gospel - this is the greatest weapon of Spiritual Warfare because it, alone, when accepted by the unbeliever, transfers that person from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of Light. (John 12:46; Ephesians 5:8; 1 Thess.

6 5:5; 1 Peter 2:9; 1 John 1:6, 7). 2) The Blood of Jesus - Satan's defeat. (Rev. 12:11; 1 John 1:6, 7). 3) Faith-which empowers Prayer . (Heb 11: 1; Ephesians 6:12; Rev. 12:11; James 1: 6, 7). 4) Your faith confession (the shield of faith) - these are your faith-filled words, spoken aloud from the applied Word of God, over another person, self, or circumstances. (Mark 11:23, 24; Proverbs 18:21; Ephesians 6:16; Rev. 12:11). 5) Prayer - (Matthew 7:7; 1 John 3:22, 5: 14; Mark 11:23, 24; Proverbs 18:21, 23:7). 6) The Believer's Authority 7) The full armor of God - (Ephesians 6:11-17). 8) The Word of God - (James 4:7; Matthew 4: 1 -11). 7 10) Agreeing - (Matthew 16:17, 18) and decreeing (Job 22:28) in the Name of Jesus (Luke 10:17). FLAGS: A raised FLAG as well as the color of the FLAG is a signal to the enemy from afar off. Our banners (FLAGS) must be lifted high in victory, declaring defeat of our enemies. A FLAG that has been taken down in battle is a sign of defeat and shame. Psalm 64:4. You have given a banner (FLAG) to those who fear You that it may be displayed because of truth. ~SELAH~. walk : 1. walk in Love 2. walk in Light 3. walk in Wisdom 4. walk in Unity 5. walk in Authority 6. walk in Restoration 7. walk in Victory Song of Solomon 2:4. He brought me to the banqueting house, and His banner (FLAG). over me was Love. As all go out on the Prayer walk , let the high praises of God go before you and walk in a Victory Celebration. Why? Because the battle is already won! As the Church triumphant we lift our FLAGS of truth (Psalm 60:4) valiantly and declare VICTORY!
