4 Humans live in various places on Earth. And everywhere on Earth live all sorts of creatures. Please draw a picture of Earth, where we all RicaRussiaWhat is JapanSpainThe theme for the 19th International Environmental Children s Drawing Contest is We all live on Earth . I am curious to know what kind of images this topic will evoke among children. What can I draw? Which colour do I want to use? It is always fun to imagine children drawing with shining eyes. I can t wait to see this year s year, many children from all over the world send their drawings for this contest.

5 We are always astonished by their power of imagination and strong messages. I sincerely hope that many people will enjoy what children want to express through their arts. I also hope this contest will be an opportunity for children to think about the global child has the right to good health, safe water to drink, and nutritious food. Everyone should have an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. But in reality, there are children dying before their fifth birthday or living in conflict or disaster-stricken countries. UNICEF continues to make an effort to build a world fit for children with many partners to make the world a place where every child grow up healthy, safe, and but not least, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Japan Quality Assurance Organization and the International Certification Network for organizing this great event.
