Bake, one sheet at a me, un l edges are just star ng to turn golden, 6 to 8 minutes. Do not over-bake. Immediately slide a metal spatula under each cookie to loosen, then transfer to wire rack to cool. Con nue un l all the ba er is used. Make sure that baking sheets are cool before spooning new ba er onto them. Store cookies in an air ght container.
