International Speedway Blvd. Daytona Beach, FL. 32114 Tuesday, January 4th APPROVED Student Leaders & Resident Assistants Wednesday, January 5th ALL New Students Thursday, January 6th returning Freshmen & Sophomores Friday, January 7th returning Juniors & Seniors As we prepare to close the campus for the Christmas holiday, we want to be sure that all students know what to expect when they arrive on campus in January 2022.

2 Only students who have met the following criteria should report to campus on the assigned dates: 2021-2022 FAFSA and all related documents should be submitted and processed by December 31st, 2021. This requirement does not apply to international students; Fall balance paid in full by December 31st, 2021; SPRING balance paid in full by December 31st, 2021, or arrangements made with Nelnet (no longer TMS) to make payments. International students should have SPRING balance paid in full; SPRING schedule should be confirmed by December 31st, 2021; and Housing assignment, if applicable, should be completed by December 31st.

3 If students satisfy all of the requirements listed above by December 31st, they will be Wildcat Ready. Students will not be required to see Student Accounts, Financial Aid, or an Academic Advisor. All prepared students will advance to our Wildcat Express/VIP group check-in. Wildcat Express/VIP students will be notified of their status via the student s B-CU email account on January 3rd 2022. CHECK-IN NOTICE Process your documents and take the necessary action now so that you will not have to stand in line for hours waiting to be served. No exceptions will be given to students who arrive on campus without processing a 2021/2022 FAFSA or are not prepared to satisfy their financial obligations as stated above.

4 2 HEALTH SCREENING NOTICE Testing will be available for all students; however, students are encouraged to take a COVID19 Test (at an approved testing site) no more than three (3) days before campus arrival. Students who present a NEGATIVE COVID19 Test will also be advanced for the Health Screening step in the process. Students testing positive on the day of the check-in will have to be quarantined. Students may have to return home since space is limited on campus. Testing before arrival on campus will help the process tremendously. WILDCAT EXPRESS FOR returning STUDENTS ONLY (Student who meet the criteria above) The process indicated below is for ALL NEW STUDENTS and returning students who did not meet the Wildcat Express criteria.

5 The more you complete online, the less time you will spend in line waiting to see a representative from the various offices listed. Students who have not satisfied their financial obligations to the university will not be allowed to check in or move into the residence hall. Students who have not been financially cleared will not be allowed to start classes on January 10th, 2022. The last day to check in, move in, and add classes for the SPRING 2022 semester is January 13th, 2022. Financial aid may include federal funds (Pell, EASE, etc.), subsidize and unsubsidized loans, scholarships, and grants. Other valid forms of payment may consist of cash, credit card, bankers or cashiers check, private loans, etc. Personal checks are not considered a valid form of payment.
