Purchase Order (A) PO Upload Club Monaco & Ralph Lauren are MPD (Mandatory PO Download) members, so PO download in the TITAN system is required. (B) PO Format PO NUMBER 10 Numbers , 4700612126 STYLE NUMBER Open Format 3. Booking Management (A) Sailing Date & Transit Time Table All CRSA agents must submit to CRSA HK a sailing date and transit time specifically for RLC/CLU shipments.

2 Agents need to send the following information to Weekly vessel sailing day Transit time (port to port) Once the CRSA agent provides a sailing date and transit time for this table, if there are any changes to the sailing information, please email as soon as possible. The sailing information provided will be used to calculate the Ship Window , UDD and other statistical data in RLC/CLU s internal system. Agents must consider carefully before submitting the information to CRSA, as these dates and times should not change frequently.

3 (B) Ship Window Ship Date is the vessel s departure/sailing date = Sunday of each week The Ship Date is also known as UDD in CLU/RLC s internal system The Ship Window is the Sunday of each week and the following 6 days until the upcoming Saturday. Example : o Ship Date [UDD]: November 5, 2017 (Sun). o Expected vessel departure date at POL (as per the sailing table): November 6, 2017 (Mon). The Ship Window is November 5 to November 11 If at the POL, sailing is every Monday than CRSA agent should only accept shipment with an ETD of November 6.

4 Updated: June 25, 2018 Club Monaco & Ralph Lauren 3 | P a g e (C) Shipper s Responsibility Any delays or early shipments, CRSA agent should have the shipper directly contact consignee production team for a ship date revision. (D) PO Validation Validate the following items on each PO s details against the information on the CRSA website: Purchase Order Number Style Number Ship Window Ship-to-Warehouse ( Ship-to-Whse ) Code If the Ship-to-Whse code ends with the letter P , then needs to follow the POE program procedures .

5 (E) Exception Booking Authorization (EBA) You are required to fill in the EBA form for the following cases: 1. PN : PO cannot be found on the CRSA website 2. MC: Co-load shipments need approval 3. POE: Need a booking approval 4. 6 (G) Routing for FCL Shipments FCL shipments are either destined for West Coast (Vancouver) or East Coast-Toronto (single destination for RLC s TC17/ TO17/ TO40/ CLU) or Montreal (mixed destinations for RLC s VC17 & any other destination code) (H) Loading Sequence The loading sequence should be based on the Ship-to-Location . There are two locations for RLC shipments, and there is only one location for CLU shipments. RLC: VC [Vancouver] and TC [Toronto] CLU: CM [Toronto] For containers shipping to Vancouver or Toronto via the West Coast, Vancouver cargo must be loaded before Toronto cargo.

7 Updated: June 25, 2018 Club Monaco & Ralph Lauren 4 | P a g e (I) Port of Entry (POE) Programs Port of Entry Programs (POE) are only applied to RLC shipments. All containers under POE programs will arrive at a final destination point where the ownership of goods is transferred to RLC upon pickup at the agreed destination. This destination point is the CRSA facility in Vancouver. 24 hours after the shipper has submitted a POE booking request, CRSA s agent at origin will provide a RLC EBA for each approved POE booking.

8 Two ways to valid POE order o Suffix P on the Ship-to-Whse field o Double click that field, the word Containers below the warehouse code All POE orders should be CY only, except if there is an opportunity consolidates multiple POE order at the CFS from multiple shippers. 9 Documentation (A) Canada Customs Declaration Document Canada Customs Declaration Document Set must be collected by the local CRSA agent within 4 working days after the departure of the vessel. The following items must be uploaded to the RLC FTP site. The Standard Canada Customs Clearance Document Set will include: Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) Commercial Invoice Canada Customs Invoice (if applicable) Form A or Certificate of Origin / Exporter Statement (if applicable) B255 Form (if applicable) Packing List with ASN# number The CRSA agent at origin will review shipper s documents to obtain the ASN # and update it in the SO field on the TITAN system before transmitting the data to Canada.

10 Upload document onto FTP server i) Go to My Computer and type ii) Enter username RL_CRSA and password RLC4591# , then click Log On iii) Upload the document for each FCR with the FCR # as the file name. If you have more than 1 file (such as packing list, Form A, etc) for each individual FCR, please create a zip file as the file size would be quite large.
