3 During his time as a State Trooper, he made nearly 1000 DUI arrests and was a member of the Alpha Team DUI Task Force that was based out of Metro Atlanta. He served as the Georgia State Patrol s Training Coordinator for the DUI Detection and STANDARDIZED FIELD SOBRIETY TESTING ( sfst ) training program and was responsible for training all State Troopers in that FIELD of instruction. He was also a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE)/ sfst Instructor and served as a member of the Georgia Technical Advisory Panel (TAP Committee), which was responsible for regulating and monitoring the DRE training program in Georgia. He also served as the DRE Agency Coordinator for the Georgia State Patrol.

4 During his career with the Georgia State Patrol, he was asked to train hundreds of professionals and organizations on DUI related issues for the Georgia Police Academy, The Prosecuting Attorney s Council of Georgia, The Georgia Safety Management System, The GBI Crime Lab, Municipal Court Judges from Georgia at the National Judicial College at the University of Nevada at Reno, as well as many others. Mr. Lloyd now serves as a Consultant and Expert Witness on DUI related cases in the private sector throughout the State of Georgia. Mr. Lloyd has been recognized as an Expert Witness by many Georgia Courts and has never been denied the opportunity to testify as an expert on DUI related issues. Tony Corroto was a Senior Police Officer with the Atlanta Police Department for over seventeen years spending fourteen of those assigned to the DUI Task Force.

5 He specializes as a STANDARDIZED FIELD SOBRIETY TESTING ( sfst ) and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) instructor. He is an instructor for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and has taught DUI enforcement at the Atlanta Police Academy and the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. Mr. Corroto was an "on call" expert witness for the State of Georgia. Tony has been recognized as an expert witness on over 2300 DUI cases for the City of Atlanta in one year alone. Over the past eight years he has been listed on over 10,000 DUI cases as an "on call" expert witness. He made over 2700 arrests for persons driving under the influence while working for the City of Atlanta's DUI Task Force. Now in the private sector he provides DRE/ sfst consulting and nationwide expert witness testimony.

6 Mr. Corroto recently was invited for inclusion in the 2008-2009 editions of the Cambridge Who s Who Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs. Jeff Rothman is a member of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) and the prestigious Georgia (Defense of Drinking Driver's) Group. Mr. Rothman has spent much of the past 20 years focusing on the defense of those accused of impaired driving. He is called upon to speak at statewide continuing legal education seminars where he shares with other lawyers and legal professionals, his experience in defending DUI cases. A graduate of the advanced courses "Mastering Scientific Evidence", "Drug Recognition Expert", and "NCDD Summer Session at Harvard Law School", he has also completed all of the requirements of the NHTSA STANDARDIZED FIELD SOBRIETY TESTING course.
