6 Who represent local law enforcement agencies One member, appointed by the Governor, who represents State law enforcement agencies One representative of the public at large, appointed by the Governor from a list of nominees provided pursuant to subsection 5 Certified Court Reporters NRS 3 years One member who holds a certificate and must have been actively engaged as a court reporter within the State for at least 5 years immediately preceding their appointment One member who is a representative of the general public who must not be a court reporter or the spouse parent or child, by blood, marriage or adoption, of a court reporter Chiropractic Physicians, Board of NRS 4 years Two members who are graduates of chiropractic schools or colleges giving a course study embracing the subjects of anatomy, bacteriology, chiropractic theory and practice, diagnosis or analysis, elementary chemistry and toxicology, histology, hygiene and sanitation, obstetrics and gynecology, pathology, physiology and symptomatology; will be licensed under this chapter and will have been engaged in the practice of chiropractic in the State for at least 3 year preceding their appointment Contractors Board NRS 3 years One member who holds an unexpired license to operate as a contractor; is a contractor or is actively engaged in the contracting business and must have been so for not less than 5 years preceding the date of their appointment.
