7 We do not fully understand why this decrease occurred, but it continues a long-term trend. In conjunction with the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission, DPS projects annual decreases of -4% and -3% in FY 2017 and FY 2018, respectively. FY 2016 revenue included 13 monthly deposits, with the inclusion of an FY 2016 13th month. The FY 2017 and FY 2018 estimates assume 12 months of revenue.
