10 New Utilization Review Rules This session will cover the implementation of SB 1160 (2016) that made substantive changes to the UR processes for the first 30 days after an injury, for drug formulary disputes, retro UR, financial disclosure, UR plan approvals, and reporting. Division of Workers' Compensation Breakout Sessions Office of Self-Insurance The Office of Self Insurance Programs will provide an update on this program Program Update that covers 1 in 4 California workers. OSIP's e-filing system, regulatory update, actuarial reporting requirements, the Self Insurer's Security Fund and the Alternative Security Deposit program will be discussed. Special Adjudication Unit A panel of judges and a district attorney will discuss the Division 's Special including Consolidations Adjudication Unit's efforts to combat medical-provider fraud under Labor Codes 4615 and which were recently enacted or amended. This panel will also discuss case consolidations.
