1 Welcome to Norwich ! To get started using all of Norwich s electronic resources, you first need to set your password. To do so, go to You should have already received an email with your username to your alternate email on file, which you will need to complete this process. To set your password, please follow the steps below: Step 1 Once you have gone to the single sign on page, click the blue Forgot your Password link. Please fill in your full email address and fill in the charters in the pictureStep 2 Upon clicking on forgot password you will be presented with a verification pageStep 4 Select email my alternate email Step 3 Select I forgot my passwordStep 6 Once you enter the code you will be able to set your passwordStep 5 You will receive the a message from with a six digit code. There is a time limit on the reset 7 Create your Norwich password using the compliance information listed here:Minimum characters 14 Maximum characters 30 Minimum letters 6 Minimum uppercase 1 Must contain no less than three of the four character types, Uppercase letters (A, B, C.)

Cannot have more than 3 consecutive repeated characters Cannot contain any fragment of your account ID more than 3 characters long Cannot contain any fragment of your display name more than 3 characters longStep 8 Please log in with your newly created password Once you have logged in you will need to set a recovery method, we suggest using the security questions, to do this choose "I want to set up a different method" (by default it is set to the Microsoft Authenticator)You will then answer you selected security question that will be used for account recoveryOnce that last step is completed your account is fully set up and ready to use.
