1 88 Stroud Parish Council Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Stroud Parish Council held at Langrish School Hall on Monday 11th of April 2016 at Present: Cllr D McKinney, Cllr A Burges, Cllr D Paul & Cllr C Foulston. Also Present: Mrs E Foulston (Clerk & RFO) Apologies for Absence. Cllr F Rogers and Cllr O Howe. Declarations of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests. None. Comments from the Public or Press. None. Planning Application SDNP/16/00957/FUL Location: New Buildings Farm, Winchester Road, Stroud , Petersfield GU32 3PB Proposal: Change of use of agricultural buildings to mixed B1 light industrial, B2 general industrial and B8 storage and distribution use.
2 Cllr McKinney explained that he had attended a site visit regarding this planning application along with Cllr Paul and Cllr Foulston. After a short discussion it was resolved that there would be no objection to this application. Correspondence a) HALC DCLG consultation document on the proposed detail of neighbourhood planning legislative reforms. It was resolved that Cllr Burges would review and respond to this consultation on behalf of the Council . Date of the next meeting will be Tuesday the 10th of May 2016 at in Langrish School Hall.
