6 Whilst we engage our own Trainers directly to deliver our courses, we also seek out industry's best trainers to operate on our behalf under the TLC Partnering Framework. This collaborative approach gives our students access to highly talented, specialised trainers who are passionate and deeply respected in their chosen fields. Our Approved Training Partners are able to provide excellent technical guidance on skills and knowledge development, as well as advice on genuine employment opportunities. If we can't match or exceed the services being delivered by the best RTOs in the country for each industry area, we simply will not offer training in that field.
