These resources include: a. National Occupation Analysis (NOA): This document describes the skills and knowledge required to perform the duties of the Trade . Each NOA consists of blocks; each block is divided into tasks and each task is divided into sub-tasks. Red Seal examination questions are specifically based on the NOA sub-tasks.
